The hotel offers a great view of lower Manhattan and is conveniently located near all the major downtown tourist sites. While the rooms are clean, they were smaller than I expected, and some areas are showing signs of wear. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, as the food quality didn't match the prices.
